Leadership Program
In the leadership program, participants develop leadership techniques to measure the laws of magnetism, effective negotiating and giving power to others. The training focuses on appraising activity versus accomplishments, buying into vision and how to create true leadership "legacies." Self assessing role plays designed to teach when to lead and when to win through multiple team situations are an integral component of the training. When it comes to developing leaders, organizations must help leaders understand their behavior and what specific causes are driving it. The leadership program helps leaders understand how they think and behave and how those characteristics affect their leadership performance.

360 Competency Assessment
To achieve this behavior recognition, Smytheport employs a 360 competency assessment which reveals a leader's pattern of strengths and challenges.
